Who we are

Data Use

We will ask for any data that we need to accomplish the end result of finished and accurate reports. This will include, but not limited to, POS sales reports, inventory depletion, shipping records, financials, time cards, licenses, etc. The Data Sharing and Secure File Transfer policies below are also important.

Data Rights

All of the data that we receive from you is your data. That information is in no way our data, and remains the data of your company. After your data is used to produce the reports and forms, we will no longer hold onto that data. We can take physical information, but prefer digital data from you, so it will simply be deleted from our system. Any reports produced will be send to you, filed, and we will also retain a copy for future needs such as replicating a form or in case of an audit.

Data Retention

As mentioned in the Data Rights section, we will not retain your data used to create any reports or forms, but will retain the reports and forms that we produce for at least 5 years. We store these reports in binders labeled by year, in case of audits or the need arises to replicate any forms.

Data Sharing

Any data sent to us will remain with us. We do not outsource nor share data from your business with anyone outside of our company.

Secure File Transfers

We will utilize a secure file transfer portal that is accessible at the upper right of our website for all data sharing between our companies. Please do not email information to us, unless we ask for it via email, in order to protect your data from intercepts and to not expose any sensitive information about your business or employees. Most of our correspondence will be through email, though, unless a phone call to your business is more warranted (such as a time sensitive deadline).
